Practice · Mediation

Preserve relationships while resolving disputes.

Not every conflict belongs in court. I offer structured, confidential mediation that helps parties reach durable, binding agreements — without the cost, delay, and adversarial strain of litigation.

Matters suited to mediation

Mediation works best when parties want a resolution they can both live with — and when preserving a working relationship matters as much as the outcome itself.

  • Commercial and contract disputes
  • Workplace and employment conflicts
  • Family business disagreements
  • Construction and real estate issues
  • Community and barangay-level disputes
  • Debt and creditor settlement negotiations

How I mediate

A principled process, not a rushed compromise.

I begin with separate intake sessions to understand each party’s interests, not just their positions. This allows me to design a mediation structure — joint sessions, private caucuses, or a blend — that fits the dispute and the people involved.

My role is facilitative, not adversarial. I do not impose outcomes. I create the conditions for parties to reach their own agreement, then draft the settlement terms with the clarity and enforceability of a binding contract.
